Las series “Severance”, de Apple TV+, y “The Penguin”, de HBO Max, encabezan las nominaciones de los Premios Emmy, el máximo galardón de la televisión, cuya 77ª edición será celebrada el 14 de septiembre en Los Ángeles y transmitida por la cadena norteamericana CBS.

“Severance” (“Separación”), con 27 candidaturas, es una serie estadounidense de ciencia ficción y thriller psicológico creada por Dan Erickson y producida y dirigida principalmente por Ben Stiller.

Está protagonizada por Adam Scott, Zach Cherry, Britt Lower, Tramell Tillman, Jen Tullock, Dichen Lachman, Michael Chernus, John Turturro, Christopher Walken, Patricia Arquette y Sarah Bock.

“The penguin” (El pingüino), con 24 candidaturas, es una miniserie de televisión estadounidense creada por Lauren LeFranc para HBO.

Está basada en el personaje de DC Comics del mismo nombre. Es un spin-off de la película “The Batman” (2022), que explora el ascenso al poder del pingüino en el inframundo criminal de Gotham City.

Colin Farrell interpreta al personaje principal, retomando su papel de “The Batman”, junto a Cristin Milioti.
